Privacy Policy

What data

Name, email, phone, delivery address, company details, registration/VAT number and correspondence. Payment proofs from bank transfer or Revolut.

Purposes

Performance of the contract, legal bookkeeping duties, fraud prevention and — only with consent — messages about new lots.

Retention

Order data for seven years in the accounts. Accounts until closure plus a reasonable aftercare period.

Sharing

Carriers, payment providers and IT hosting, limited to what is needed. No sale of mailing lists.

Rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection via Eu.wholesalestock@gmail.com. Complaints may go to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
